The Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park Inc is a duly registered Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation. It is the sole owner and operator of the business known as Conneaut Lake Park (Park), located on Conneaut Lake, Pa. At the present time the Park is under the custodianship of the Court of Common Pleas, Meadville, PA. Herbert Brill has been appointed Custodian pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The name of the Park, its logo, and the names of various rides and attractions are the exclusive property of the Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park, Inc and are protected under the trademark laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the United States.

Any representation by any individual, group or entity that they are representing the Park, or the use of these proprietary items by such individuals or entities for the raising of funds or the solicitation of items of value for the benefit of the Park, or for any purpose whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of The Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park Inc. Violators will be subject to the full penalties of the law.

The organization known as The Conneaut Lake Park Preservation Fund, its officers, or individual members do not have the approval or permission to act for, or on behalf of, the Park in any capacity whatsoever.
